Cooking on the 4th

I had to cook my wife's mis-steaks. Eye of round.... Snacking meat, that's about all it's good for.

Looks good. The asparagus by me sucked thin as toothpicks.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

They may not be Ribeye or KC Strip, but those cheaper cuts of meat are still alright, and easier on the budget
