Monicals take home pizza

The wife called me tonight and asked if I could cook a Monicals take home pizza on the grill which already had the coals hot from Doing a few burgers through a little tin foil on the block to heat, About 15 minutes turning at just one time turned out really good . I'll be doing this again!!!

That looks great! I have good memories of eating Monicals pizza in Decatur, Illinois when I was a kid visiting family down there.

Was it crispy? Monicals is the best for dining in because it gets crispy. Can't seem to replicate that at home.

It wasn't quite like dining in the restaurant. But it was still crispy enough.
