Quail marinated with soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, teriyaki sauce and Thai red pepper flakes.

There isn't anything in that recipe I don't like, throw in some quail and an awesome blue and I am there

Wow, those look fantastic. I don't recall ever trying quail. How long did you keep them on for?

Looks like a great cook - can't find those Caliente for sale anymore or I might be looking in the wrong place.

Probably discontinued. That stacker is actually 14" tall that i got from Spitfire Grilling.

Didn't pay attention with the time but should be less than 30 minutes. Took it out  at 160F. Final temp was was 162-164F.

Great thanks for the info. Did you mod the stalker from Spitfire? I see a lot of extra bolts on the side of yours.
