Seasoned wings with McCormick maple smokehouse rub, seasoned pork chops with spog, seasoned chicken tenderloins with accent, pepper and a touch of garlic powder, then added a couple chunks of hickory, kept kettle at 325 - 350, grilled tenders and wings for approx 1 hr and 15 minutes , till a golden brown and no black .. sorry didn't get pics of wings, neighbors came over and we ate em hot off the grill, then I cook pork to an internal of 150, I know 145 is done, but I wrap and cover with towels and it reaches approx 155, wife wont eat at 145 ..  lol ...

Looks awesome!  Tell your wife I agree. I never eat 145 pork. Always take it to 150-155.

Looks good, it's fun gathering around the grill and eating wings right off the grate
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
