Picked up today at Walmart of all places. This is my first one. Almost 3 inches thick. Will cook on 2016 Copper Performer Deluxe this weekend hopefully. Will have pictures!

Pictures of the cook from last night. Reverse seared on 2016 Performer Deluxe. Garlic Salt and Pepper on, with just a sprinkle of Montreal before final sear. Slow cooked until 122 and pulled the sear off the grill at 138.
