Just wanted to introduce myself.  Spent a long time "lurking" finally decided to join today.  I've always enjoyed grilling but this past winter I have really dove headfirst into cooking better food on my Weber.  Between videos and multiple forums I can say my love of plating good food off my grill has increased.  Hope to get to know the community here and share my experiences along the way.
