St. Patricks day grill-a-thon entry
« on: March 14, 2019, 11:54:19 AM »
For the grill off i made a shepards pie with a twist.

So in stead of using lamb as it is traditionally done i used spicy sausage as my meat. Also  included an onion, garlic, and a veggie melody. Made garlic mashed potatos for the topper with bacon chopped on top.

I call it Spicy kettle baked shepards pie

Twas amazing first time even making something like this

Never mind I found it...
I doubt if corn beef smoked into pastrami counts...
Unless an awesome Reuben counts as an Irish dish...I dunno...
