Scored at the grocery store and found some great lamb chops.  They were marked 30 percent off plus I had a $3 off coupon which make the lamb chops about $5 a lb.  SCORE!  Got to cooking.  Chopped up peppers and onions and some roma tomatoes.  The wife is a master in making a great marinade for lamb because she has Greek relatives.  Grilled the veggies first. Now time for the chops.  Seared each side 2 to 3 min.  Then moved them to indirect heat.  Flipped and rotated as well as basting to keep them moist until done.  For me and the wife lamb is out favorite meal.  Turned out amazing.  Pics...

I haven't had much luck cooking lamb in the past, but I may have to try again.
