Twix & Energizer Rabbit.

Jules V.

Brined overnight and smoked  for 45 minutes. Chopped each rabbits to 8 pieces and braised for  about 1 1/2 hours.

Braising ingredients:
Garlic, onions, rosemary, leeks, mushrooms,  chopped whole canned tomatoes, olive oil, chicken stock, red pepper flakes, white wine.

Yeah, me too. My Grandpa and Uncle were hunters when I was a wee lad. Have no source for it anymore, since they are long gone, and I am not a hunter.
