Got to love chicken quarters. Looks like your skin got a tad dark on ya. Maybe just the lighting. Don’t know if you’ve before or not, but have you considered just searing the chicken over direct heat quickly then sliding it over to finish indirect? One positive about doing it that way is you don’t have to fiddle with the legs for the whole cook! You just tend to them while your searing so they don’t burn, then slide over and close the lid and just sit back and let the cooker do it’s job!
