I've smoked a few pork butts but these were the first ribs so far this year. Caught a two pack of spare ribs for $14 at Sam's Club and couldn't pass them up. Trimmed them, slapped on some mustard, SPG, smoked paprika and it was game on! Royal Oak briqs, post oak and apple wood for 4.5 hours unwrapped, another hour wrapped and final 30 minutes to let the glaze set. An extra sprinkle of rub and man, best ribs I've ever made! They were a hit with the wife and I so I'll definitely be making these again!
