Valentine's Dinner
« on: February 15, 2019, 05:28:46 AM »
A proper Caeser salad in a vintage Towle salad bowl that was Tami's parents. They recieved as a wedding gift in 1942. Beef tenderloin, lobster tails, a nice red wine and homemade parmesan croutons (low carb) for the salad.Of course we had to use a red grill for V Day so the red mist outrider served the purpose. It was a good night

Looks like an incredible meal!  I’m kicking myself now. I didn’t think to use my red kettle last night.

That looks amazing!  We have lobster tails on sale here so I go to grill some myself.

Not bad but Bam! Filet mignon , lobster tail halves, and Yukon gold potatoes . Oh and maybe some broccoli. For desert, chocolate covered strawberries.

I had my V Day dinner tonight and cooked up some lobster raviolis, mashed potatoes, bacon Roses and a 30 day aged Prime Ribeye. It was a great feast.
