MMM Smoked Bacon!!!

Smoked bacon day woo hoo!  Set up my copper with one basket and put foil on the grate to provide grease conrtol as well as helping to control the temp.  Kept the temp at 250 while adding some apple wood for smoking.  Takes about two hours but well worth it!  Making BLTs and can't wait.  Pics...

Thanks @Grillagin I like using thick cut bacon.  This time I used a xtra large pack of Oscar Mayer.  Any thick bacon works great.
