So I broke out the 26ers. First cook on the new J code so I smoked some ribs using Weber coal for the first time.
I must say I was impressed, holding 235 for 6 hours on the 3x2 snake with apple wood.. Glad I stocked up. Then I spun a bird on the Aristocrat with homemade wrinkle fries underneath. Collards on the stove. I think Red was jealous by how much she blushed. LOL Time well spent on a Saturday.

1/2 way. I don't wrap my ribs

His and hers plates. Can you guess who's is who's? LOL We both had seconds.
