First experience with cooking on Weber was June of 2018 on a 18" kettle. I've cooked on every type of charcoal grill and never knew what I was missing. 1st cook was 2 racks of ribs, chicken legs and corn on the cob. What a delicious meal.
Then to see if it was a fluke and if I could do it, I bought an 18 jumbo joe and smoked a full packer brisket (12 lbs) on it. Using the snake method, that little Weber made a brisket that Arron Franklin would've been proud of. I also threw a flattop griddle on it and made Philly cheesesteaks.
I've bought a 22" WSM and have done a few mods on it. It it now the most versatile charcoal smoker/griller anyone has ever seen. 6 briskets or Boston butts, 9 racks of baby backs laying flat, can't imagine how much chicken can fit and to top everything off, every accessory for the 22 Weber kettle.
I think I have an addiction ... lol
