Looks awesome. Did you cook indirect the whole time and did you use any smoke wood?

@HoosierKettle , I cooked indirect....slow n sear on the OKP...no wood.....cooked at about 250 degrees or so....pulled it at 125 added lit charcoal then seared all sides until temp hit 130....I let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving
