Roti Prime Rib
« on: December 25, 2018, 07:16:22 PM »
I had my best cook ever today.  My folks gave me tonight to be the griller, after Mom's fondue last night.  They agreed with me that we should spin a prime rib roast.  It was a boneless 8 pounder that finished in an hour and a half. I rubbed it with kosher salt, black pepper and marjoram.  It was the nicest and biggest cut I've cooked, so far, and it came out pretty much perfect for us.  Lots leftover.  I'm still nibbling the crusties off the strings.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
