Saturday St. Louis Cut Spare Ribs

The weather around here has been miserable for the past few days, so we've been cooking inside all week. The wife and I both agreed we needed something smokey and delicious so I took out some ribs Thursday night to thaw in the fridge. Saturday came along and I prepped my Performer for an indirect cook. I coated the ribs in a little olive oil and Oakridge BBQ's Secret Weapon. Then I dialed in the grill to 250 threw the ribs on ran some chore and came home to some beautiful ribs.
