Tonight’s dinner (A few pictures)

Yesterday while looking in my garage freezer I saw 2 packs of ribs...ohhh what to do, what to do? I took them out, 1lb of bacon, and 1lb of shrimp. I had gone shopping earlier this week and bought some asparagus, and the wife made some mashed potatoes this week so leftover mashed taters. I added some coby jack cheese, garlic, sour cream, and onion chives.

I smoked them for 5 hours using the apple wood from my neighbors tree they cut down, why they cut it down I’ll never know[emoji848]. Smoked them until an 205 degree internal temperature and rested for 30min. Sorry no pictures of the sweet potatoes or shrimp on the grill.

It’s like going shopping at your own house. I have a “Gladiator Garageworks Convertible Graphite Freezer - GAFZ21XXRK” I bought this even before I had a garage [emoji23]. I was looking at having the garage built and now needed to have one built. This is a small refrigerator on top and freezer on the bottom, but if I flick a switch it can turn into a full 21 cubic inch freezer.

We buy meats in bulk and use the vacuum sealer to save them. I normally buy bulk meat from Restaurant Depot.
