What ya got?? Post up your pics of your Christmas smokes/grilling y'all are doing today. For me it's two turkeys on a 22 inch limited edition Weber kettle with a smoke-n-sear.

I don't care who ya' are, you cannot beat a stick burner. Don't get me wrong, I love my Webers, but THIS is BBQ... Nicely done Sir Freak!

Dinner on Christmas Day was a 5 lb turkey breast roast that I brined.

Used the rotisserie, and it turned out delicious!

Christmas family get together at my place. Roti prime rib roast, smoke ribs and picanha steaks, 7 good size live lobsters, and a huge salmon steak were all huge hit.

Performer Silver -  Prime rib roast using my new SS onlyfire roti.

Platinum- picanha steaks indirect and seared off. Salmon steak grilled after.

22" WSM- Beef ribs and more picanha steaks smoke( cherry wood)/grille without the water pan. After that, I took the mid section off and grilled lobsters on the bottom WSM section.

No lobsters or salmon grilling pics. Too busy cutting them up in half after 5min boil. Few of them already cut and grilling.
