Last cook in Kazakhstan.  After 8.5 years as an expat in Canada and Kazakhstan, we are getting packed up and move back to Houston next week.
Congrats on coming back.  From your posts over the last year I've been on WKC, seems you've made the most of the experience.  Best of luck with the move.

Man that looks good.... I need to break out my wok, never used it.  Is that a 22 or 18?  How much and what is your coal positioning strategy using it?

22" I did the chicken first with 2 baskets either side. Then upended them and had them in a 10 inch diameter in the centre and Wok On.

Bday dinner to my son, this is a "right now post", finally!

Beef back ribs, individually cut so went on top shelf with a hot and fast cook. First time cooking on blue DZ code, didn't clean it after purchase so have some work to do! Using the FireDial as well.

Celebrating son's bday. I'm giving him a "pimped out kettle " (in my opinion). Will post this pics outside of the food thread.

Here it is, live as possible

Broke in the Orange kettle tonight with ribeyes. Didn't get the best sear but man these were good.
