^ Looking good! Hey Grill Hey has some excellent recipes. I really love her Jack'd up meatloaf and need to make it again soon!

If you get the chance be sure to try out her Maple Bourbon Glaze - its insanely good. It's quickly become a staple in my sauce cupboard mainly for sweet ribs and burgers.

I made the meatloaf about a month ago.  It was really good.  I'll have to look at that bourbon glaze.
