Spatchcocked turkey on the Performer.  Smoked for 3.5 hours at 275 with Apple and cheery wood.  Amazing taste and super juicy.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Been a while since I've posted cooking and plating pics..... Iron Bowl burgers on the Genesis.  This grill makes some tasty burgers.  Beaux secured a front row seat, just as he does inside.

The perfect pairing of grill and rib roast.  Quite aristocratic.

Just short of everyone's favorite cut of beef, I know it's mine. Now I'm anxious for our ribeye and shrimp tonight. A couple nice days coming. cheers.

Been quiet lately, I'll try to heat things up. This was called a Rack of Pork. 8.5 lb. Costco, somehow jumped into my basket. Oh well, got great reviews from the fam.

Nothing just yet, going to try a kettle setup on my WSM.  Gave it a good inner and outer cleanup and put in a slow n sear with drip n griddle.  Plan is to make homemade chili, hot dogs and meatballs for spaghetti later in the week.  Happy to fire up a charcoal grill today and watch some football, partner by my side.
