All-natural pork loin, seasoned with OakRidge Dominator Rib Rub, cooked on the Kamado Joe over a mix of B&B and Blue’s Hog lump at 275F, and more than a few beers in. My new grill buddy Daisy is not up for a picture, but me thinks this is gonna be gooooood.
That looks good. What did you think of the Dominator Rib Rub on your pork loin?
I love it on ribs, but I used it for a pork butt this last weekend, and was... underwhelmed.
I guess I prefer savory pulled pork - I have yet to find a better flavor for it than Bad Byron's Butt Rub.
