I'm jealous of your plating skills! What % of ground beef did you use?

Thanks!  We just cook dinner every night and I like to take pictures.... I'm a visual guy so..... My absolute favorite for burgers is 80/20 ground chuck.  Any less fat content leaves me wanting more flavor and moisture.

Someone on FB asked, so I'll share here.....

7 ounce ground chuck patties seasoned with Cosmos SPG.... Grill to IT 160F.  Sauté baby Bella mushrooms quartered in cast iron skillet with olive oil and It's Incredible seasoning.  Packet of prepared McCormick brown gravy, add mushrooms.  Cauliflower tots in the air fryer for 20 mins at 400F.  Sugar free ketchup.... Keto dinner served!

From Friday: tri tip brisket style (wasn't bad but probably should have bought a higher grade), tri tip indirect and seared, corn, jalapeños and veggies. All three kettles got a workout in for this one. I was going to get plating pics but our friends arrived as I was pulling everything off.
