My wife double smoked ham with a maple syrup, OJ and brown sugar glaze on our 26er. I gave her verbal instructions on kettle setup the night before.

Dinner was ready when I got home from work.
Looks awesome Robert!  I'll bet that was a nice "welcome home."

Finally made it to the end of this thread from the beginning.  Damn you all can cook some stuff!   Inspiring and some beautiful photography too.

Some chicken that'll be for tomorrow and potatoes underneath.  They'll need to be finished off tomorrow.

Same here. Gotta love having Wegmans down here. Go BILLS!
It was a long wait for both Wegmans and the Bills! Looking forward to the start of the season!!

Regarding Wegman's and all other regional grocery stores... you don't realize how many of the items you grew up with are localized.

We missed Bill Gray's, Abbott's and the like. We even had a heck of a time finding pork steaks when we first moved out of the area.

Same here! Really excited to see where we go this season.

My friends here thought I was a lunatic when I found out we were getting a Wegmans. Now they are all believers!

Indiana pork tenderloin sammich aka pounded out pork loin chop, breaded and fried.   Yes, it must be way bigger than the bun.

17lb brisket on at 00:30. Seasoned with SPG, B&B briquettes, and a nice limb of Texas Post Oak.
Now it's time to 'sleep'
