Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.

Gotta finish up todays cook with some results pics.  Ribs glazed with a mix of  Bachan's, Sweet Baby Rays, pure maple syrup and Thai garlic chili paste.  New potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and tossed salad rounded out the dinner.  Not to promote a non Weber product, but this Kamado is a breeze to cook on, even with random storms rolling through.

Five pounds of chicken wings with the vortex. Wanted to see what 500F plus would do with my hot rod yeller... no issues.

Except that I stained my deck this afternoon and even though I was 20ft+ away... over spray. Got some additional clean up to do☹️

Thanks!  I did the restaurant thing in my early 20s....Never again.  Pleasing the family with my food is one thing.... Anyway... Having my own food truck in an area that I consider paradise would be the only way.

Let's start a food truck on the island! I have a few ideas. I worked as a short breakfast/lunch cook, while in college.

Wings look delicious!
What part of western NY?

Staining a deck and painting is about 90% prep work. I dislike extra clean up, so I tend to over prep lol
