Wifey had procedure that required fasting. She requested kettle 'fried' chicken breasts.
Surprisingly enough, even though they end up going over 165 they're still juicy.
Did a dill pickle juice brine and Kentucky Kernel.

Love Kentucky Kernel, haven't really needed or tried the pickle juice brine.... Your chicken looks amazing!  Time to break out the Kernel.....
