Leftover meatloaf idea compliments of my wife..... Meatloaf patty melts on the Weber Genesis with little griddle.  Meatloaf slices griddled, Gouda cheese on each side, grilled cheese style on brioche bread with bbq aioli sauce.  These were the bomb....

Got my Waffle House on this morning, thanks to @JEBIV for the idea..... Sausage, eggs, hash browns and toast on the Genesis/ Little Griddle.  Red Genesis served as a warming drawer and Beaux got an egg....

Standard ball cap as usual......Maybe someday I'll get a WH hat when I get good at griddling.  Beaux will inhale anything we put in front of him.  Today was over medium with blueberries and strawberries.  Kellee also gave him a little plain yogurt for digestion.  Most mornings he gets fresh fruit and yogurt that she makes.  I get a cold bowl of cereal lol.......
