Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps.....recipe from a Weber email blast I received today.  Turned out a little high on saltiness, recommend bypassing salt in the dressing.  Will definitely fine tune and redo.

What a good idea putting tinfoil under the meat to catch drippings. That's why I joined for these great ideas and recipes.

Chicken quarters on the Jr, seasoned with Oak Ridge Dominator Sweet Rib Rub, cooked over Rockwood Lump and finished with Bone Suckin' Sauce. Got the 10lb pack from Walmart for less than $6 and froze the rest, cooked them to temp but should have gone longer, the skins didn't fully render. Next time I'll flip them a time or two before the sauce.

I can't take all the credit.  My wife makes a weekly menu and tries to include items we can make on the grill.  This one worked perfectly for that - parboiled the corn and potatoes for 10 minutes prior to putting the rest together.  The recipe consisted of shrimp, potatoes, corn, andouille sausage, onion, lemon, garlic, chicken broth and a mix of Its Incredible Cajun and Old Bay seasonings and some unsalted butter pats scattered on top.  Will definitely be on the list of do overs!

Chicken quarters look awesome!  I need to up my chicken game..... Rotisserie works well, but I want to hone my bbq chicken method without overpowering with smoke.  I may try something with honey powder next time.

Those look really good!  Skillet burgers are a favorite of ours, reminds me of when I was a kid.
