Oh, it's store bought, nothing special in it, just ham salad magic.

Ribeye steak was on sale for 6.99 lb. I bought the smallest piece for 77 bucks which made 22 3/4" steaks. Lemons by the bag was on sale too. So I ran them through the food processor straining the juice to marinate 4 steaks with crushed garlic in a Ziploc bag to sit in the refrigerator over night. My Cuban grandmother who lived across the harbor from Havana had no power and a hard packed dirt floor. Nobody had anything on that side. Anyway she put the meat in a cool place with no refrigeraton to gradually cook the meat because of the citric acid.

My neighbors took care of me and my pets when I had covid so I treated them to a dinner. They never had lemon flavored steaks before as all the juice will grill out and the rare inside will appear again. Tonight I'm making lasagna on the grill it looks like a vanilla popsicle outside no chance of the porch catching fire.lol
