Rib roast Sale still on at Publix, so I got another one, removed the ribs and hand cut 5 gorgeous ribeyes to vac seal and freeze.  What to do with the ribs?  Broke out a NIB K code CGA, cut the grate at the 11th bar, and cooking the ribs for my first ever cook on a CGA.  Using a char broil basket for charcoal and a pan/rack I got on Amazon.  B&B bricks and apple wood chunks providing the heat and smoke and Meat Church Holy Cow providing the seasoning.  Having fun on this Sunday afternoon and also enjoying an Abita Amber while Kellee makes homemade cookies and deserts......

Mannn all of these cool CGA cooks got me itching for one for myself!
Keep a look out locally, I found one never used for $15 - not this one, but a year old model.  Took a bit to get lil pup used to it.  He actually barked at it!

Unfortunately I dont come across much vintage weber in my area, but if you come across something let me know! We are only a couple of states over.

Update, these are looking amazing.  Used very little charcoal.  I think I love this CGA....

Best support I could find!  And special thanks to the '73 weathered warrior.  These were amazing BTW....
