JalapeƱo cheddar brats on the CGA, cooked with Cowboy briquets and apple wood chips.
I like that charcoal basket idea for your CGA.  Gotta get me one of those so I can finally use one of mine!

Rib roast Sale still on at Publix, so I got another one, removed the ribs and hand cut 5 gorgeous ribeyes to vac seal and freeze.  What to do with the ribs?  Broke out a NIB K code CGA, cut the grate at the 11th bar, and cooking the ribs for my first ever cook on a CGA.  Using a char broil basket for charcoal and a pan/rack I got on Amazon.  B&B bricks and apple wood chunks providing the heat and smoke and Meat Church Holy Cow providing the seasoning.  Having fun on this Sunday afternoon and also enjoying an Abita Amber while Kellee makes homemade cookies and deserts......
