Dessert

Michael, what grill is this?  The lighting almost makes it look glen blue!  The dessert looks fantastic!  I think you should make it at the Chicago meet up!  Is it out of a box?  I really want to try making one!

It's actually a pat pending Mediterranean.  I have a shade sail over my patio that is blue, so it gives everything a blue hue.   The cookie is nestle pre packaged.  I just oil my pan and put the dough in, spreading it out a bit.  Takes about 30 minutes indirect, rotating the pan once halfway.  That was a Wagner #6, which fits perfect on an 18 with one charcoal basket.

Nice looking PS burnt ends. They're an inexpensive and delicious cook.
Nice work on the road!

Rib Rub showdown today, on the 26. Mixture of killer hogs and some of my homemade stuff ended up as the crowd pleaser - although I liked all three!

My 2yo is "grilling applesauce and cinnamon" while some ribs smoke.

Nice cooks over the weekend, I've been out with family in town, etc.  Did my first brisket cook Thursday night into Friday - rain storm in the AM and had to finish it in the oven.  Didn't take pics of the cook, did it on my WSM and it turned out to be amazing (at least the family said so and devoured it), I thought it was really good too.  My wife took a picture of it and a video of me slicing....
