**Edit**

Turned out really good!  Made a couple of tried and true CI skillet filets and didn't touch them.  Definitely a do-over.

Michael, what grill is this?  The lighting almost makes it look glen blue!  The dessert looks fantastic!  I think you should make it at the Chicago meet up!  Is it out of a box?  I really want to try making one!
