Two full slabs of spare ribs just started on the WSC. Ribs cost $1.89lb at Aldi with $2/slab additional taken off at the register. Good deal!

BTW, that's a flake of grill residue on the left rack and not a fly. No fly stands a chance with my bug-a-salt around and shooting them is good practice ahead of sporting clays tomorrow! [emoji2]

Some sausage and sourdough focaccia.

Family is finally all back in Kazakhstan. They were gone a total of 442 days of which I was away from them for 233.  First cook in a few weeks.  CGA and indigo in the USA were cleaned up and put into hibernation so no grilling for the two weeks I was back in the USA.
