Scott Zee turned me onto the honey habenero a few years back through Secret Santa. It is by no means hot like habenero usually is. It has very good flavor. Every time I use it I feel I am putting more than the last time, and the ribs never come out very spicy. No complaints from my wife or kids about being too spicy. Just ordered a 1.5# container off of Amazon for $21.99
