When you have a WKC meetup in ATL, I'll bring a bushel of oysters.

Cheers
That's a deal, hoping for early fall this year for a meetup, pick a ranch and cook 'em all
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I really like your chimney stand holder. Did you make it?

Stanford Cardinal .............."Bear Down" lol

Nope, it is a "grill" that I bought when we first got to Kazakhstan before my 18.5" original kettle came in our air shipment.

You bring fresh prepared horseradish, wash clothes and Crystals hot sauce. I'll bring oysters and shucking knifes.

We might need two bushels to cover the grate of a WRK. Lol

Cheers

Tried out sous vide. 6 hours at 132f. Did top sirloin and came out like a filet minion that was fun the meat was on sale. Also Weber(Duane) sent me these wine glasses as a gift for exchanging the Weber summit with the new one. Happy days

Love that set up. Nothing better then marinated meat skewered and cooked direct over coal
