Hurricane Eta skirt steak tacos with rice and pinto beans. Sorry I did not take pics of plated tacos.

Eta is forecast to make landfall about 40 miles west of my house . All grills are in my garage for safe keeping.

Thanks guys

NOAA and NHC had forecast onshore winds near my house at 30-40 knots with gust to 50 knots. Well they got it wrong, it was more in the 15-20 knot range. Rainfall less than 1".

No damage at my house or neighborhood. Just a few broken branches and leaves on the ground.

Cheers

Post Eta cook. No damage at my house.

My wife stuffed pork loin with pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes, thin sliced dill pickles and Swiss cheese.

All of my grills were stored in the garage yesterday due to the pending hurricane/tropical storm today.

I asked the wife what color grill I should cook the pork on,since all grills were in the garage. She said Lime MBH.

Dinner was tasty.
Cheers

Glad all is ok down there.....stuffed pork loin looks simply amazing.  I get so bored with them and that really adds a creative twist!
