@MagnoliaTom is that a griddle that would ordinarily fit a 22" but moonlighting as a 26" heat deflector???
Exactly! Works fantastic for both jobs

I did a ham the other night and had a lot of leftovers, so I thawed some chicken breast out and did my version of chicken cordon bleu. I took chicken, sharp cheddar, ham, and honey mustard and wrapped in Kitchen twine. Cooked on cast iron with butter, Alana Salt and garlic powder until almost done. I then let cool and wrapped with Crescent roll dough and baked on the grill until chicken was at 170 degrees. I had 2 that got a little cajun (That's what we call it when the dough burns some) but other than that turned out great.

Water, there is water on all my grills, we are about to beat Seattle for more rain for the 2nd month in a row. the stray cats in the neighborhood have morphed into Catfish just to stay afloat
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Rain yesterday and today and changing to snow overnight with freezing temps. Should make for fun driving tomorrow.

No problem sharing anything I grill, just ask the local bar. It was my first time making it. I know what I need for the next time and will have it in the frigid at the ready. Everyone enjoyed it so it's a keeper.
