Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

So what is it? Lol. Looks like one of the cuts they have at the carniceria, only all their stuff is about an 1/8 inch thick. I asked if they had thicker steaks once, cause I didnt want to drive to the grocery store... They didn't lol

Beef short ribs cut flanken style. Cleaned and marinated, ready to go when you buy them.

one of my favorite cuts to marinate and cook, these look awesome
What's the trick to cooking them, low and slow? Direct and hot?
I've seen them at sams club but never knew what to do with them

Round 2: marinated breast and Bumbu chaser

Not much of a rum drinker but this Bumbu rum from Barbados is amazing on the rocks.
