I agree with Tony, that's a beautiful kettle Bob.

I put a Corned Beef point on the kettle today.  Smoked for 2 1/2hrs. Foiled in a pan and finished. This is how it turned out

It completely slipped my mind to take pictures of the first cook on the new grill last night.  Bone-in pork chops, and man were they good.  I did the Blonder Brine, low and slow to 120°F, then seared to 140°F.
