Pairing fillet mignon and monday night football! Kosher salt, Lawry's garlic pepper and some coarse ground black pepper for seasoning. First time trying a reverse sear. Little overcooked, but I'll know better next time.

You guys ever use these grilling mat things? I tried indirect and it wasnt really working, had to spread the coal out in the center of the grill to get the eggs cooking.
I was afraid they were gonna melt, but they didn't.
