Thanks! I usually burn brats, these turned out really good. I used Zarda rub on tje pork steaks, wasn't super impressed, should have caked more on there. But it was the only rub in the small grocery store that didnt contain msg.

In case anyone wants it, I used Roy Choi's recipe for Kalbi.

Note if you can't find or don't want to go to the store to get mirin white wine and a few spoons of sugar is an acceptable substitute.

Fired up the gasser on this one as I was replacing the one touch cleaning system and cleaning the 22".

Looks like cornbread....the only way it should be cooked is in cast iron, imho
