Best rotisserie chicken I’ve made…. This series has the perfect setup, front and rear burners on medium, middle burner off. We don’t like smoke flavor on poultry and I’ve been trying to get results similar to our local Publix roti bird. Nailed it this time, Kellee wants nothing else. Injected with Kerrygold, white wine and a new seasoning combo - basted with the concoction every 30minutes. Breasts for weekday lunches, made bbq pizzas with the dark meat along with Beaux’s dinner. He was very serious about getting his share lol….
