Skinny lil ole ribeye, took approx 8 min to grill. Was good, shrimp had Old Bay with a dash of Cajun blackening on em. Bk'd potato, peas and a croissant. On a Thursday, guess that's being retired fat and happy.

Tri-Tip time! Putting this on in about an hour but I wanted to post now because I wanted to shout out my new favorite (and local!) rub- Tim's Texas 2 Step Butchers Grind. Not sure about their distribution outside the Dallas area but if you can get your hands on it I highly recommend!

So worth it, even at 99'. Smash burgers for Mama and I , Sam's has these ribeye meat Patties ready pkg'd, they make the best burgs. Spray the hot griddle, smashed a little onion in em, hit em with some Montreal steak seas, don't forget the cheese, let's eat!
