Happy Mother's Day to you moms on here and to those moms that hopefully got a proper grilled meal!

Used my GBS wok for the first time and it will be used often going forward!  (thanx @dwnthehatch!). My wife loves a good seafood pasta.  So for Mother's Day I made it on the grill. Used a little apple wood chip packet to give some light aromatics through the cook. Was fantastic!

Ribs and steak.  Cut off the flap of meat on the spareribs.  That is actually "pork skirt steak", cooked that separately and it was delicious.

A few chops on the Traeger. My own concoction of soy, worsch, liq smoke, bq sauc, rub. Can't wait! Sorry, can't risk the weber, want em to be under cooked a bit. Need to ship em out for a later warm up.
