Brisket and 3 racks of ribs because the power went out on the garage fridge.

Wings seasoned with Oak Ridge Santa Maria, over a Vortex of JD XL bricks and hickory chips. Haven't done these in a while. Im gonna miss OakRidge Co.! Finished with sweet and spicy bbq and Pineapple Habanero sauces from my WKC Secret Santa.
And cookies for my aspiring grill buddy, Daisy. You had to have seen that coming.

Chesapeake Weber

Missed the on grill pics, but got them on my new Weber cutting board!

Pork loin with some new rubs my sister gave me for Christmas.  Cut the loin in half.  Longer piece is the leaner portion with a rosemary garlic rub.  Smaller piece is the darker meat end that I butterflied, trimmed, and added back in some of the leaner dark meat trimmings.  Used a Diablo seasoning on the inside and a "butchers" seasoning outside.  Little hickory and apple for smoke.

Had to tie up the butterflied piece, have never really tied up a loin before, as never saw the point.  Tried it this time and it does seem to help keep it together a bit better.

Picnic roast, whatever that is. I figure it'll end up pulled pork.

It made about enough for 4 people.

Pretty standard, B&B lump with a couple cherry chunks. Deflector plate in place. It stalled about 157F, wrapped in foil and went for another hour to get to 204F. Then wrapped in towel and put in cooler for an hour.
