Bacon wrapped smoked sausage and andouille sausage on the weber, whole beef brisket on the treager 8 hrs in. Multitasking at its finest

Filet Mignon in its 130F sous vide bath for 2 hours.  Will sear on the Summit.

Didn't get a grill pic, was using the phone as a timer.  We are in love with the results.  Sous vide 130F for two hours - vac sealed with SPG then seared over flaming oak lump.  Best steak I think I've ever had.  And yeah, I broke the diet and had Mac n cheese
