16 slabs on my 26
This is pure awesome! Are you cooking low and slow? Will you flip them some time during the cook so the other end of the ribs is closer to the heat? I'd love to hear your notes about the cook so I can try this some time!

Awesome! So you wrapped all 16 racks for the 2nd hour?

Not really, they were sitting in a ss pan (with the wrapped top of course). It took a bit longer than 2 h - approx. 2,5 h. I maintained something between 450 and 500 f during the entire cook.

I didn't flip them. Was just spraying every 10 min with a mix of apple and cranberry juice. Everything according to @vwengguy instructions

Some boneless pork chops rubbed with a bunch of stuff

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

It's well known that Bell's Hopslam is one of my all time favorite beers. Available only for a week if you're lucky enough to find a six pack or two. I'm down to my last few this year, and then I see this pop up on Another Pint Please blog:

So me being me, I did a recreation tonight. Started with the peach chutney.

Then the rub, the veggie prep, and the Flintstone-size double bone pork chops:

The woman at the butcher gave me a confused look when I asked for double bone chops, but she came through just fine with a little coaching. Reverse sear method called for a smaller grill, so I chose the Weathered Warrior Outrider for the task. Added some peach wood chunks from one of our trees to the Weber briquettes. Using the ABC BBQ 18" slow & Sear made it easy. Brought the temp up to 125 offset, then seared for a few minutes per side.

Time to eat! Tender, juicy sweet and spicy - just the way I like it. My wife gave it high marks too. Bonus!

The pork and peach chutney was a home run! Another 56MPG grill inspiration/recreation in the books.

Day light past 5 now, so found a nice tri tip for dinner with potatos in the basement.
